Paul has been with Forsythes since 1992 and served as CEO from 2003 to the end of 2009. Paul offers a unique combination of skills and experience gained from leading a diverse business services organisation, a corporate HR background with national and international organisations and an extensive executive recruitment career.
As a Director of Forsythes Recruitment Paul offers strategic direction to the business and is well placed to support clients with their recruitment, HR consultancy and business planning needs.
Paul has occupied senior level Human Resource positions with national and international organisations, has completed numerous executive level recruitments and consulting assignments, and possesses degree qualifications in human resources.
Paul specialises in the search and selection of senior executives locally, nationally and internationally. He has completed numerous recruitment assignments at CEO and Board level and possesses particular strengths in project coordination, human resource consulting, quality management and relationship management.
